About Youth Unlocked-

Youth-Unlocked supports emerging and underrepresented creatives by removing financial, logistical and industry-access barriers that typically prevent them from exhibiting their work. Across 3 months, artists receive hands-on production support, mentorship, marketing visibility and three public exhibitions designed to elevate their practice.

Youth Unlocked Cohort 2-

I am super excited to announce that I am one of two members of Cohort 2 in the Youth Unlocked Programme, meaning that alongside my cohort peer, Jasper Binns, I will be having a solo show hosted at Studio.Two.Point.

Being part of this programme has been such an incredible experience so far, and it has provided me with so many amazing opportunities to learn and grow as an artist. From developing the concept to the technical breakdown, this opportunity has been supported by Sam and the team every step of the way.

The title of the cohort 'Fully Immersed' comes from the idea of artists being deeply dedicated to their craft and completely engaged in the creative process. The sketches, the paint on their hands and clothes and the messy studio all reflect the continuous practice, experimentation and refinement that go into developing artistic practice, highlighting how creativity becomes not only a skill but an essential part of an artists daily life and identity.

Privacy Lover- by Olivia Davis 27th June 2026

As my debut solo show, Privacy Lover showcases the body of work created during my time on the Artists Futures Fund fellowship and builds on the practice I developed throughout my BA at Loughborough University.

The work explores the female body through my experiences as a woman today, and the politics embedded within contemporary visual culture. Centred around the shower routine as a space of privacy, repetition, and healing, I use my own body to question ideas of vulnerability, safety, and selfhood. More recently, my work has expanded to consider the impact of AI on women’s safety and mental wellbeing, and the tension between human intimacy and artificial systems.
