Using documentation of daily rituals, Davis abstracts the movements of her body into figurative shapes. Following her previous work for her degree show, she continues to explore how documentation of routines and rituals can inspire depictions of these intimate moments. This time using painting as her primary medium to explore such rituals Davis is experimenting with how these private moments with her body can be explore through figurative abstract painting.
