Olivia Grace Davis Art - Contemporary Artist Specializing in Mixed Media Installation

My current practice explores themes of self-reclamation, bodily autonomy, and the recontextualization of the female nude through immersive installation. Working with fabric-printed photographic images, I construct intimate environments that invite critical engagement with vulnerability, consent, and authorship. Rooted in personal experience, my work confronts the historical objectification of the female body by presenting moments of private ritual—such as a cathartic shower routine—as acts of protest and healing. Through considered positioning, movement, and materiality, I aim to disrupt voyeuristic tendencies and challenge traditional narratives surrounding the representation of women in art.
